About
Ziggy is a mother of two boys, and is extremely passionate about all things motherhood, parenting and wellness. She was born and raised (for the most part) in Hong Kong. Prior to her first pregnancy in 2016, her focus was strength & conditioning, body composition, transformation and weight loss through both nutrition and training. After having children, experiencing both vaginal and caesarean recovery personally, her efforts have shifted into helping women feel physically and mentally prepared for pregnancy, labour & delivery, and to recover both emotionally and physically in postpartum.
Speciality
Her background is in Psychology, and she is also a certified Holistic Life Coach. Ziggy works exclusively with mothers, and is also the co-founder of the Mom Body Soul Podcast where she highlights both personal and professional stories related to the perinatal period and parenthood transition.
After the birth of her first son, experiencing a perinatal mood and anxiety disorder, and struggling to find the time to exercise (even as a professional), she realised the importance of the motherhood community. She began bring-your-baby-to exercise classes, mums and bubs, and babywearing workouts to create a space for mothers to connect, have fun, and move well!
